組氨酸解氨酶(英語:Histidine ammonia-lyase,或稱為組氨酸氨裂解酶或組氨酸酶)在人體中是一種由HAL基因編碼的酶[1][2]。組氨酸解氨酶將組氨酸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榘迸c尿刊酸。
功能
組氨酸解氨酶是一種胞質(zhì)溶膠酶,催化組氨酸代謝過程中的第一步,即L-組氨酸的非氧化脫氨形成反式尿刊酸[1]。
編碼組氨酸酶的基因的突變與組氨酸血癥和尿刊酸尿癥兩者有關(guān)。
