桑葚胚(拉丁文中的morus指的是桑葚的意思)是屬于胚胎的早期發(fā)育,包含囊胚腔外圍的細(xì)胞,包覆細(xì)胞外層的環(huán)帶稱為透明帶[1]。
桑葚胚是合子胚胎分裂一直到32細(xì)胞時(shí)期,整個(gè)形狀像一棵桑葚,所以被稱為桑葚胚[2]。 在受精數(shù)天之后,位于桑葚胚表面的細(xì)胞開始緊密接觸,讓細(xì)胞與細(xì)胞之間進(jìn)行胞橋小體連結(jié)與間隙連接,這個(gè)變化是非常細(xì)微的,并不易查覺,這個(gè)過程稱為致密化。[3][4]。在此之后桑葚胚的細(xì)胞釋放黏性液體,造成桑葚胚中央形成孔洞,成為囊胚[5][6]。囊胚的外層細(xì)胞會(huì)形成最初的胚胎上皮細(xì)胞(滋養(yǎng)外胚層)。然而有些細(xì)胞會(huì)存留在內(nèi)層,形成內(nèi)細(xì)胞群或是多潛能干細(xì)胞。其中內(nèi)細(xì)胞群細(xì)胞會(huì)形成胚體,而滋養(yǎng)外胚層則形成胎盤以及其他胚胎組織[7][8][9][10]。
